Refund Policy

How Payments Work
CaddieCallum subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store (iOS app) or Stripe (web). We do not directly process, store, or have access to your payment information.
iOS App Purchases (Apple)
Since iOS purchases are made through Apple, refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly.
To Request a Refund from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the CaddieCallum purchase
- Choose "Request a refund" and follow the prompts
Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours. Refunds are granted at Apple's discretion based on their policies.
Web Purchases (Stripe)
For web purchases made through Stripe, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund on first-time purchases, except in cases of misuse or abuse.
To Request a Refund:
Email us at help@caddiecallum.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include:
- Your account email address
- Purchase date
- Brief reason for refund (optional)
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does NOT automatically provide a refund for the current billing period. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
To Cancel on iOS:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select CaddieCallum
- Tap Cancel Subscription
To Cancel on Web:
Go to your Profile in the app and select Manage Subscription, or contact us at help@caddiecallum.com.
Free Trial
If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
